Its expansive pressure is raised from 30-60 to 60-90 NPa and the demolishing efficiency has greatly increased. Up to now, China has produced SCA of about 10,000 tons and demolished various kinds of concrete and quarried marble and granite of about 650,000 cubic meters. SCA has now been extended for application throughout the country and begun to sell to Malaysia, Singapore, U.S.A., Canada, Australia and Hong Kong.
Recently, the Chinese Soundless Cracking Agent in the area of stone exploitation has dominated about 40% of the oversea markets, and the advantage of this product is obvious. The price is lower than its rivals and the quality of it is quite acceptable, even though the problem of its blow shots is still still waiting to be figured out. But compared with broad brands, our products has its own privileges because of our reasonable price. As we all know the economic recession has not yet reached to the bottom and could be aggravated in the coming year. The stone marketing business and the real estate markets have been influenced greatly. All the facts lead the recession of the factories of Soundless Cracking Agent in China. In January and February the total amont of Chinese export of this product was 2500 tons, and its export amount has only reached as half as its corresponding period in 2008 and among them 1500 tons of it was used for Quarrying, and other 1000 tons were used for Rock-explosion.
According to incomplete statistics in 2008, the total export amount of Soundless Cracking Agent was about 14000 tons which were mainly to the oil export countries such as India(4500 tons), Saudi Arabia(3500 tons), Brazil(2500 tons), South Africa(1500 tons), Eqypt(1500 tons), and Spain(500 tons).
In international market of Cracking Agent, chinese Soundless cracking agent only takes upto 10 percent of the whole market, and its export quaintity has reached 4000 tons in 2008. Chinese goods cannot compete with that of Japan, Italy, and Spain in brand, package and marketing operation. they will meet with the phenomenon of blow shots despite their high quality, and the stability of their performance also needs to be improved. Although the price of foreign products is as much as two to three times of chinese goods, they enjoy very good profits taking up the mainstream of the market, which should be reflected by our suppliers.
